Looking for Pyramid rotations...

I'm currently doing a "smaller lower body rotation" that includes PUB and L&G, but you could definitely substiture PLB fot L&G:

PUB + PLB floorwork w/ stability ball
IMAX (I do interval running)
L&G (or PLB) + abs
PUB
KPC or CK
BC
REST
