looking for challenge

Hi, I have an 8 month old daughter and would really like to get back into cathe. Having trouble finding time (or making time) to work out and would love to join a group for some motivation.

You must be a busy girl with a 8 month old? DS is now 4.5 monthes old and I think I keep rearranging my workout time to suit his naps.
We all chat once or twice a week at the PP check in and I am also part of the WW's check in and we chat daily. Thats if you need to lose weight that is....or you could always post your workouts there and you don't have to be following ww's.
Its hard to get back into the swing of things but once you do, you won't regret it. I started working out again when DS was only 4-5 weeks old and I usually get my workout in in the morning. Thats when he takes his best nap and I have the most energy.

Lizzy, not to sway you away from cathe but once my oldest was too old to be considered postpartum , I joined the moms with muscle check in at vf-new mommies are always welcome. My girls are 1 and almost 4. I usually work out while the baby naps if she is awake , I either put her in the pac and play or the swing. I often stop and restart workouts but always finish them and at at prepreggo weight, even with the stops and starts.
