Lizzy, not to sway you away from cathe but once my oldest was too old to be considered postpartum , I joined the moms with muscle check in at vf-new mommies are always welcome. My girls are 1 and almost 4. I usually work out while the baby naps if she is awake , I either put her in the pac and play or the swing. I often stop and restart workouts but always finish them and at at prepreggo weight, even with the stops and starts.
