Does anyone know if there is a Cathe cardio workout series that doesn't require gear? I would love a program that works out whole body , is cardio-based and doesn't require gear. I was overwhelmed on site with the number of DVDs and programs. Anyone have recommendations?

Most of the no equipment needed options are kickboxing (with the exception of the first and last ones I list below).

Cardio Core Circuit is mainly cardio but there are core segments in it. You can do a premix which cuts the core work out.

Cardio Kicks is included on the same DVD as Circuit Max which does use equipment.

Kick Punch Crunch - the cardio portion of the workout uses no equipment but there is an 8 minutes (or so) abs section that uses a stability ball and dumbbell that you can skip.

MMA Boxing, MMA Fusion, and MMA Kickbox are equipment free for the main cardio portions. The core work at the end uses dumbbells but you can skip that. Also, MMA Boxing has a Heavy Bag Bonus that can actually be performed with no equipment. I shadow box to that section.

Kick Max uses a chair for the leg conditioning drills at the end but those could be skipped if you don't want to do them (although I do recommend as they do help your kickbox form if you keep with them).

HiiT Double Wave Pyramid is equipment free and cardio only. This does come on the same DVD as the other two HiiT workouts (30/30 and 40/20 which use the step). If you do downloads, you could just get the Double Wave Pyramid one.

Hope that helped.

Low Impact Challenge

Low Max

Any of her classic step videos: Step Jam, Step Heat,Step Fit, Step Works, Power Max, etc. And although they are dated in comparison to today's workouts they still are GREAT videos and you will work very hard.

(Low Impact Challenge has an add on that require 5 and 8 lb dumbbells and Slide and Glide Disks but the LIC alone requires no equipment)
