looking for 30 min weight training & ball dvd

Since I do kickboxing a few times a week, and sometimes also a pilates class or spin class, and try each week to work out on the gym machines at least once (maybe twice) a week, I was hoping for a 20-30 minute DVD/video with weight training and ball for arms, legs, abs/core workout.

I suggest you repost this in the "open discussion" forum, as this is for questions/comments on Cathe's workouts (and just a short time ago, Cathe closed a thread here that dealt with other instructors, directing the original poster to repost in Open Discussion).

I'm sure you'll get several recommendation on OD.;-)
