My vote is for a workout that really goes back to the old skool days of 1998 Maximum Intensity Cardio which in total is a 75 minute workout from warm-up through stretch. Let's see back then I was 32 or 33? I am lucky if I could/can get through the 28 minutes of Hi/Lo and/or the 36 minutes of Step/Aerobics. Back in 1998 I could accomplish this workout in total. What do you all believe is the longest running "Cathe" workouts?
