Long shot - Is anybody here a dietitican or taking

Hi Thea,
I have been thinking of going back to school to become an RD. I already have a bachelors and would only need to take the classes for the RD and some science classes that I didn't take the first time around. Anyway, I can get this done in a little more than 2 years. Unfortunately, no schools in my area offer a decent program so I'm considering, for better or worse, doing this through a reputable campus college that offers distance education.
I am worried however about the internship. If you can tell me the ins and outs of it, I would appreciate it. I work full-time now and I don't see how I will be able to quit working. Is the internship a full time "job"? I'd hate to go for the degree and after all of that not be able to get my RD.
I'd appreciate any advice/tips/guidance you could offer. Feel free to email me also - [email protected]
