Long lost sheep returns

Hi everyone,
It has been ages since I posted here. So long ago I had to re-register. My old name was Lora. Still is my name but I wanted to change to fitforever because that's my goal. I've been working out at a gym since November but I've missed you all on Cathe's site. I also miss Cathe's great Tapes. Yesterday I did PowerMax and can say I'm way stronger then the last time I used it. Even got to put in another riser so I'm feeling Young again. Now if I can get the instuctor at the gym to use some of Cathe's step routines. Love that PowerMax. Is it ok to check in at the weekly check in even though I don't use video's much anymore? I've been running allot. Trying to train for my first race this spring. Don't want to do too much just a short 3 or 5K race.
Anyway just wanted to say hi and see what your all talking about.

There's no rules about checking in. we just try to encourage one another, whatever the person's goals. Come on in! The water's fine! :)

Definitely check in! I too go to the gym once or twice a week, alternating with my video workouts. (Funny, I pulled out Power Max last week also...)

Anyway, are you taking classes at the gym or just doing your "own stuff"? Would love to hear about it.
