I don't know how to explain what I want. I don't want to do low reps with high weights. I like to use my body as resistance or high reps and low weights. Yoga and pilates seems interesting. I just don't really like the slow serious music. If it was more upbeat I think that I would love it.

I like your suggestion also. I have been doing a lot more pilates/yoga fusion, low impact cardio and low weight hi rep work. I would love a series that concentrated more on these areas. It has been hard for me to come up with a rotation that incorporates all of these. I am loving P57 and Cardiobarre. It would be great to see something from Cathe along these lines.
