Has anyone among you ever tried "Stronger" by Nicky Holender? I believe I got the initial information from this tread but can't find it in a search. I am about to begin my golf season and I normally scale down on weight lifting as I get too muscular for my golf swing. I am also really following a nutritionist plan in order to loose fat (more than loosing weight). Since there is no weight lifting at all I'm wondering if I would loose too much muscle.
