i just had my baby the 1st and i have just get back into working out. I am a very active person and i hate that my mind and body are not on the same level right now. iam in the military and i have to be back under my weight in 6 months i can do it but it my take longer then that keep in mind i have to also be able to keep up in runs and take a pft which is running 3 mile in 31 mins and doing 100 crunchs in 2 mins and a arm hang for 70 sec. boy i tell you the militray can be hard on your body at times, but i will make it, by the way does anyone have so good fat burning workouts to start me off i need to drop 40 pounds.

Congrats on your new baby. Here's my rotation I used to lose over 10lbs and 13 inches in just 3 weeks:

Clean eating is key. I followed a modified South Beach Diet.

I just had a miscarriage a month ago---and had over 10lbs to lose. I again followed the South Beach Diet model as well as worked out about 60-75 minutes 6 days/week. 2 workouts/week were Interval. 2-4 ab workouts/week & the rest were cardio. I don't like weight training--so I skipped that.

Good luck! And congrats again!!!
