I have these little bumps on my chest and can't get rid of them. they are not read like pimples. I just got them never had it before, has anyone else gotten these? I think they may be like whiteheads or just a clogged pore but not sure. I think it could be from sweating and working out but i shower right after.

Sounds like Keratosis pilaris or chicken skin. It is really common, . . I have it on my upper arms. You should see a dermatologist.

What causes that? I have never had it til about 2 months ago. Can you get rid of it?

I think thats what my 15 year old son has all over his arms. I would like to know what causes this as well and what if anything he can do about it. He really hates it.

i looked this up online and it is not similar to what I have, i think mine is just little whiteheads from sweating in the heat working out this summer

It is more than likely a Vitamin A deficiency. Take cod liver oil, liver or Vitamin A supplements.

My kids and I all get the bumps, esp in the winter. Daily doses of vitamin for at least 3 weeks will make them disappear. I take 3 times per week for maintenance.

I get these, especially in the summer months, when I sweat more. I made the mistake of messing w/ them at first, and they then turn red and take forever to clear up. Seem to be clogged pores. Unless I mess with them, they stay skin colored, but I still don't like the way they look. I found that when I hit the shower post workout if I wash there with a little Noxema, the old ones clear up fast and not many new ones show up. Cheap, fast, and it works.
