There are a lot more. A few years ago, Cathe suggested on the forum about combining metabolic workouts and heavy lifting within a rotation. If you search for it on the forum, I'm sure you will find it, but it is a few years old. Also, jengollf also has very helpful information about metabolic workouts and has even created a metabolic rotation. If you type in the search bar of this form pure strength slimming or pure slimming, you will see jen's comments and a link to her metabolic rotation.
