Debbie,
You may prefer getting your vitamins in a powder form, and mixing them into juice and drinking them. My DH does that (I just take the pills). He buys a powdered multivitamin formula from Life Extension Foundation (www.LEF.org). We buy many of our vitamins and supplements from them.
And I have a sublingual B vitamin that I like from Trivita (www.trivita.com). They're small flavored tablets that you dissolve under your tongue.
I know what you mean about all of the pills. Sometimes I can barely get them down! Good luck.
I'm thinking about trying gummy vitamins. My DS takes those gummy vites made by Vitafusion. Anyway, they're now making adult supplements, including multis, omega 3, vitamin C, B vitamins, calcium, and others. There was a sample of the adult multi in my son's last bottle of kids' vites, and I tried it. It pretty much tasted like a gummy bear. They're sold in stores, too. My Kroger carries several of their products, and they're fairly inexpensive. I figure if the vitamins taste like candy, I'll be more likely to remember to take them.
