Hello everyone!
Could someone give me a link to a breakdown of the premixes on the Body Blast Series and Intensity Series DVD's? I know I have seen it somewhere before, but I can't seem to find it. It really helps me to know what is coming when I do one of the premixes because I have a goofy DVD player in my bedroom where I work out, and whenever there is a in between segments it skips to the next segment or goes back to the previous segment. I did Extreme Legs and Glutes this morning and seemed to be caught in an endless loop of the second part of the standing legs section. When it started for the third time, I was thinking this can't be right! If I have the premix breakdown I can use the forward and back buttons to stay on track.
