The thing Captain Kirk sits in.
Actually it's this contraptios that has handles and armpads. You hang in it by holding the handles and resting your forearms on the pads. Your legs dangle, allowing you to do leg raises, etc. It's very good for the abs. I'll see if I can find a pic...
