After 41 weeks of waiting, Lincoln Thomas King finally arrived last Friday, June 30 at 8:34 am (yes, we were up all night!). I started going into labor on Thursday afternoon, and I think all of the exercise I've been doing really helped with the 16 hours of labor / 2 hours of pushing that I did!
One surprise - how sore I am afterwards! My husband reminded me that I was doing a *lot* of work for a very long time. So...I'm spending the next couple of weeks recovering and resting and hope to get back to my workouts soon!!

Lincoln Thomas was 7 lbs 6.5 oz and 19.5 inches long. I gained 25 pounds during the pregnancy, and now have lost about 15 pounds...best part (not to brag...) but nooooo stretch marks! Yay!
