lifting weights and avoiding lymphedema

I need advice from the breast cancer surviviors on the forum who are at risk for lymphedema but are still lifting weights successfully.

Basically -

How did you start back - which Cathe workouts would you recommend?

Obviously chest press and anything done with a barbell (including leg work) will needed extra consideration. How did you handle that?

Can you do planks? Frankly, I wouldn't miss doing pushups, but also would welcome advice about them as well.

Can you lift what you lifted before the cancer?

What would you absolutely NOT do anymore?
