I think that, of those that you listed above, I prefer a 3 day split. Recently I have been doing 30 mins of cardio and 30 minutes of one body part each day, and I really like that as well.

i did upper and lower split b/c its easier for me to add in cardio(mostly either step or kickboxing)along with longer ab routines and i am able to fit in a balanced week for myself. although i do switch it up with full body workouts. i rarely do 3-4 day splits but i do give them a shot once in while just to change it up.

I didn't vote in the poll because I had my best results with Cathes 4DS. However, I'm SO EXCITED ABOUT STS!!! I'm expecting GREAT results from it and I can hardly wait to get it!!

I enjoy full body circuit style / superset-style training best. But my body responds best to a 3 day split. Doing multiple sets for a single muscle group in a single session somehow works better for me for both fat loss and toning.

I tend to change it up as well. I've done it all and love them all for different reasons. Currently I am doing a 4DS rotation. First time. I did it for a couple of weeks when it first came out but that's it. I'm excited to see what it does for me. :)

So far though, the best results I've gotten are with the 3 day split when I committed to a full rotation of the X last year!

I do a 3 day split right now, but my preference (which is not listed) is a 6 day split, one bodypart per day. I don't have time for it right now, but it's definitely what gave me the best results b/c I could really focus & hit the individual muscles hard.

I used to do one upper, one lower and one full body each week. That's still my main plan, but I change it up every week and am having a blast. I think I'm in the "shock your body" phase and am really liking the results. Not so much in appearance, but in actual strength. Some weeks I'll do the above, others a three-day split, others a four-day split. Some days I'll go as heavy as possible, others I'll lighten up.
