<---is going to take an additional dose of blood pressure medication now
<---really needs a nap and/or wine and chocolate

<----bwahahahaha - it's a bear!
<---remembers when that was yelled at <--house: Looked out the front window and saw a black bear strolling down our driveway. The 3 little girls visiting us were shrieking and DH put DD, then 3, up on his shoulders so she could see better, as we all ran from window to window watching the bear. It finally took off across the backyard toward the mountain a mile or so away. DD thought DH had placed her on his shoulders to keep her safe and was scared the bear was going to come and get her. She wouldn't go to sleep that night until I drew an International No Bear Sign (a bear inside a red circle with a stroke through it) to hang on her door. We told her if the bear came back, he'd see the sign and know he wasn't allowed there.

<--a very nice lady behind <--piped up and said, "Well, if I had lost as much weight as you, Amy, I wouldn't worry about up or down a bit, either!" (which nicely put Ms NosyPants in her place!)
<--is glad that Robin's last sh!t was a short one!!!
<--is off to enjoy the rest of the Merlot and watch Nigella Lawson on FoodNetwork!
