To all who are interested,
I have been lurking for sometime now and have become very interested in eating a clean diet. I've learned so much here and decided to try sticking to a clean diet over the last month. I've done really well with cutting out processed sugar. I haven't had one Girl Scout cookie yet!! But I am having a tough time with carbs such as ww bread, corn tortilla chips and 95% FF popcorn! I know I need to limit these items. I have so much to learn about eating a clean diet. I'm wondering if there are any ladies out there who would like to join me in this learning process and give it a go together?
As far as fitness, I'm a runner (use to run marathons, now run for sanity reasons!), plus for the last 12 years I've had learn how to work out at home and have an exercise area in my basement with free weights, treadmill and a variety of exercise videos. I'm new to Cathe. I only have two Cathe tapes (MIS and IMAX) and mix them up with my running. I really need to purchase a lower body workout tape (maybe PLB or PSLA) and plan on doing that really soon.
Please let me know if your interested in converting to a clean diet with me. If so, we can decide on how often we would like to post, plan of action, etc.
