Hi! Okay. You've presented a challenge, Dana, because I rarely do workouts less than an hour.
Cardio (modify the high impact as desired):
Rhythmic Step warm up; combo #1; challenge; cool-down/stretch. About 35 mins.
All-Step warm up and cardio; Step & Intervals first step segment (skip interval segment), cool-down & stretch. About 45 mins.
CTX Kickbox warm up, cardio (skip the drills at the end of the cardio); All-Step cardio, cool-down & stretch. About 45 mins.
For a longer workout that works the entire body, both cardio and muscle toning:
Cardio & Weights followed by Kick Max Leg Conditioning drills. About 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Great one hour cardio:
KickMax warm up, combos 1-4; followed by IMAX3 step-only premix and cool-down/stretch.
