Hi! Okay. You've presented a challenge, Dana, because I rarely do workouts less than an hour.

Cardio (modify the high impact as desired):
Rhythmic Step warm up; combo #1; challenge; cool-down/stretch. About 35 mins.

All-Step warm up and cardio; Step & Intervals first step segment (skip interval segment), cool-down & stretch. About 45 mins.

CTX Kickbox warm up, cardio (skip the drills at the end of the cardio); All-Step cardio, cool-down & stretch. About 45 mins.

For a longer workout that works the entire body, both cardio and muscle toning:
Cardio & Weights followed by Kick Max Leg Conditioning drills. About 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Great one hour cardio:
KickMax warm up, combos 1-4; followed by IMAX3 step-only premix and cool-down/stretch.

These are all I've had time to come up with for now. I'll post more as they pop into my brain.

This isn't a mish-mosh created by me, but it's a great premix that I did on Tuesday. It's low-impact, high intensity. I really enjoyed it.

KPC/LG Premix #16 (61 minutes): KPC w/u, combos 1-3; LG standing leg work (from the leg presses to the knee lifts with genie arms).

This morning I did the KPC/LG Premix #15 (55 minutes), which has more impact in the cardio section, but it was a great workout! It's essentially the other half of Premix #16:

KPC w/u, intermediate and high intensity drills; LG ankle weight work (from the standing leg extensions to the inner thigh work).


Dana - did you do either of those mish moshes this weekend?

Sandra no I did not (as I hang my head in shame). I really need to try KickMax. I previewed it while I was on the ellipitcal and thought that this is definately doable. I was debating on doing L&G last night and I ran out of time.
