let's hear your interesting Cathe combos

I've been having fun lately using different Cathe combos for fun and to shake things up a bit.

The other day I did the warm-up from Interval Max (which I love),
the middle section from Powermax and the step portion of MIC. Then I did chest and back from MIS.

And it made me think, I'd love to know what interesting, creative combos you guys use. You know, the mixin and matchin?

So tell me! Let's hear them!

Lex 411,
What a great thread to start. I add the intensity drills at the end of Cardio Kicks to all of the PS series. And I add the end of Body's Max upper body strength workout to the leaner legs workout. I can not wait to read about other Cathe combos.

Thanks, but I can't take the credit really. I noticed someone else posting their interesting Cathe combo recently and thought I'd love to see more.

I like yours, very cool mix I wouldn't have thought of.

One of my combos is that I'll do some kind of warmup, then do CTX Shoulders, CTX Biceps, CTX Triceps and usually the cardio from 10-10-10, THEN a yoga-type cooldown. (It's kind of like doing Cory's GHAS and then doing cardio...but I like Cathe's CTX series much better for shoulders, bi's and tri's!)

(Of course I **have** to make sure that I cue up all my tapes the night before; otherwise, I get myself really exasperated doing all that forwarding and rewinding on the VCR!)

If I'm up for a longer cardio session, sometimes I'll do the CTX kickbox cardio, 10-10-10 cardio and THEN work a large muscle group (i.e. chest or back).

For me, it all depends on my mood and how I'm doing healthwise that particular day/week.

Can't wait to read some of the other combos!

For a workout that is a little shorter, I like the warm up to Step Fit followed by the step section of MIC.
It is about as long as Step Heat.
