Today was Pure Strength Back & Bis and PUB Abs.
T-Bar Rows: Set 1 - 60# Sets 2 and 3 65# (same as last time)
BBl Rows: Set 1 - 55# (up 10#); Set 2: 65# (up 15#) Set 3: 65# (up 10#)
1-Arm Rows: 28# warmup set; 30# Sets 2 and 3 (2 more reps on last set)
Shrugs 10# Set 1 (up 2#) and Set 2: 12# (Up 2#)
Bbl Curls: 40# set 1 (same); 45# set 2 (up 5# but only did 8 reps)
Seated Alt. Hammer Curls: 15# all reps
Hammer with sweep: 15# all reps (up 2#)
Negative Curls: 40# - 8 reps (up 2 reps); 40# (5 reps) up 5#
Concentration Curls: 9 reps @ 15#, 3 reps @ 13# (up 2#)
6 reps @ 15#, 2 reps @ 13# (up 2#)
I did PUB Abs after PS. I did everything but took a couple of little extra rests to finish.
