Today was PS legs. This workout has a cardio factor for me, so I rested inbetween sets. I only did 5 chins before the workout, no pullups today:confused:

Stats:
Legs (vest = 20#)
Chin-ups: 5
Lunges/back lunges: vest & 2/20#dbs
Static lunges: vest & 45#bb
Plie squats light: vest only
Plie squats heavy: vest & 45#bb
Step ups: vest & 2/ 17.5#dbs
Squats: vest & 45#bb
Sit & stands: vest & 45#bb
Dead lifts: 65# (not going higher because I don’t want to hurt my back)
Calves:
Inner thighs w/ankle weights
Outer thighs w/ankle weights
Hamstrings:

Good Afternoon!

No workout for me today either although I hope to go to hustle lessons with DH later. My legs were still sore from yoga (especially the muscle right above the knee where they always tell you to pull up on - is that still part of the quadricep?) I guess I wasn't feeling any pain with all the heat but I sure felt it yesterday and this morning. I'm going to try and do PS CST tomorrow.

Deanie - Great workout (especially 65# on deadlifts!) So are you liking the weighted vest? I'll probably do endurance for next month and then maybe PS and S&H. I love GS but 12 reps is too much for me (although I could always go heavy and chop off a couple of reps).

Gin - Hope you're having a great time at the RT! Can't wait to hear about it either.

Today is a rest day for me. Going out to lunch with the in-laws today.

Marcy~ I hope your leg feels better today. I am enjoying the weighted vest. It makes it easier to lift, with the weight not all on your back.

Gin~ Hope you are having fun at the road trip/NYC!!

Hi Ladies!

It's really Monday but I figured I'd post Sunday's workout here:

PS CS&T
Bbl Chest Press - w/up set - 35# 2nd set: 45# (up 5#); 3rd set: 50# (up 5#)
Bbl Incline Chest Press - Both sets 50# (up 5#)
Dbbl Incline Chest Press - 25# (up 2#)
Superset Fly & Press - 23# (but had to take a few rests after every few reps) (up 5# for a few reps from last time)
Arnold Press: Sets 1 and 2: 16# (up 1#) went down to 15# for 3rd set (only did 8 reps on 2nd and 3rd sets)
Seated Clean & Press: Both sets 10# (really held in my core for this and felt much better)
Standing Side Lat Raise: Both sets 13# (up 3# on 2nd set)
Reverse Flies: Both sets 12# (up 2# on 1st set)
Seated Side Lat Raise (Bent Arm): 13# (same)
Close Grip Dbbl Press: All sets 15# (same)
Dbbl French Press: Both sets 15# (up 2# on 1st set)
Cross-Body Kickbacks: 1st set: 15# struggled on last 4 reps with left arm
2nd set: 15# (left arm much better - only struggled on last rep)
Dbbl French Press: 16# - (same but only did 8 reps - arms gave out)
Dips: with 45# barbell (up 5#)

Also did Abs/Core + from P90X+. Felt really good but the hanging moves are still toughest for me, very challenging.

Deanie - Legs are back to normal. Will be doing legs and some cardio on Monday.
