Good Morning!
I went for a half hour walk/run this morning. I think I might have done a little more walking but I haven't really run in almost a year. Then I did Tracey's ab work from High Intensity Step Mix 2.
I also got a really good workout in yesterday:
GS Back, Shoulders & Biceps (only did a little back since I did it earlier in the week and I did chinups/pullups instead). I did Mix-N-Match.

Back - Bbl pullovers - 40#
Shlders - Dbl Overhead Press - 16# both sets (only did 7/10 reps 2nd set)
Back - Modified back extensions and back side rotations
1 chinup
Shoulders - Dbbl Overhead Press (elbows in grip) 16#
Biceps - Bbl curls - 35# (all reps 1st set; 8/10 reps 2nd set)
Shoulders - Bent Lateral Raise - 13# both sets (will probably go up to 15# next time. They were pretty easy)
Biceps - Dbbl Curls (partial reps) 10# (might try 12# next time)
Shoulders - Band lateral raise and front raise with heavy band
Biceps - Concentration Curls 15# (went until 1st rep of bonus and dropped to 13# for rest of bonus section)
2nd set - did all reps and bonus - 15#
Shoulders - Dbbl rear fly - Both sets 10# (will go to 12# next time)
Band Reverse flys with heavy band
Biceps - Concentration Curls 2nd set - 15#
Dbbl Curl Downs - 12#
Hammer Curls - 13# (didn't do bonus - elbow was hurting)
Wrist Curls - 10# both sets (might try 12# next time)
Also did Kick Max leg conditioning drills. Tough but I did well. The first set of exercises is always the toughest for me.
Did one more chinup. (6 pulls/chins total)
I have two interviews next week. Monday at an agency (for legal secretary jobs) and Tuesday at an agency for the data entry position.
We're getting our furniture today in a couple of hours.
