Hi, Cathe and everyone,
For the first Winter in several years, I am finding myself lacking the time to do solid, advanced workouts(mostly your step). I do strength for upper and lower body 2 or 3 times per week, so I think I'm okay in that department.
However, I am curious about any weight gain I might see this season if I am maintaining a relatively balanced diet(with the exception of the occasional sugar cookie) and only 3-4 workouts rather than my usual 6-7 per week. Will I make it through this period of temptations with little to no weight gain, or gain a few? I am very self-disciplined about "bad" foods, so I don't see myself giving in to them too much.
Thanks for any feedback!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!
Amy
