I love GS legs, the standing work is a great 35 min workout! I don't care for PLB just because it's a pain to load & unload the barbell, but it is a good workout. I don't have Leaner Legs.
I'm rotating between GS legs, Legs & Glutes (one of my favs), and Butts & Guts for an extra leg day using different premixes. For some reason, GS legs *gets* me in the calves & hamstrings more than any other leg workout, love it! }( Another good 30 min or so leg workouts is Muscle Endurance lower body split. I did that & then just the leg press premix- ouch!
