Legs?

Hi,

Want to know which leg workout I should do (never done any of these), I was planning on doing the GS legs?

GS Legs
PLB
Leaner Legs

Or any other suggestions?
 
They are all great work outs but Leaner Legs is particularly EVIL.}( In a GOOD way ofcourse. ;) It's short at only 30 minutes long but my oh my does it ever get the job done! Most Catheites affectionately refer to it as "MEANER Legs". :)
 
Wow. Looks like I need to check out Leaner Legs. I'm TRYING to do legs twice a week and have been alternating Gym Style Legs and Butts and Gutts because GSL has a deadly calf workout (not present on B&G) and B&G works your butt hard (in a way GSL doesn't). I figure, between the two, I'm hitting my entire lower body at least once a week. I have Slow and Heavy but haven't yet incorporated It so I can't say.
 
I alternate through all three of those regularly because they're all so great! If I HAD to choose I guess I would choose GS Legs as my favorite leg workout. It's really, really thorough.

I don't want to sound like a party pooper, but I have never gotten into Leaner Legs. It doesn't seem to click with me and to be honest, I don't find it to be all that excruciating (as I find the other two to be--which is what I love about them!!)

Well, yeah, ok, fine. PLB is freakin' awesome too. I love the floor work on this one-it gets ya good and doesn't waste time with a million reps! I did it on Saturday and I'm STILL sore!

I guess I do B&G the least....

Out of the three you mentioned, GS Legs is my favorite but my all-time favorite is Legs & Glutes.

I've never done Leaner Legs but after watching the clip, I'm not even interested in getting it.

All are VERY effective, but here's my fun-o-meter ratings:

Leaner Legs - not so fun

PLB - fun!

Legs & Glutes - funer!

Butts & Guts - funnest!
 
I vote leaner legs. A great leg workout in not alot of time! Cathe moves quickly thru the workout (no time for down time) and it is fun and effective. I should say though, I don't like working my legs for an hour and Leaner legs is less than an hour.

PLB- okay, not much of a fun factor for me, but it is effective.

Legs and Glutes- Just realized this was a choice for you, this is the workout for legs I reach for the most. May have to change my vote to this one:)

Butts and Guts~ did it, used it, not thrilled with it. For me the best part of B&G is the stability ball ab work.

I love GS legs, the standing work is a great 35 min workout! I don't care for PLB just because it's a pain to load & unload the barbell, but it is a good workout. I don't have Leaner Legs.

I'm rotating between GS legs, Legs & Glutes (one of my favs), and Butts & Guts for an extra leg day using different premixes. For some reason, GS legs *gets* me in the calves & hamstrings more than any other leg workout, love it! }( Another good 30 min or so leg workouts is Muscle Endurance lower body split. I did that & then just the leg press premix- ouch!

Ooooohhhh. And lately, everyone here's been talking about The Pyramids, which I also need to check out.
