LEGS!!!

I am tring to get my legs down some. Is it o.k to stop doing leg workouts and only doing the leg workout for the cardio videos like. I am doing kickboxing 2 days , hi/lo 2 days and step 2 days. I am working each body part once a week and I am running 3 times and power walking 2 times a week. Will this work?

Many runners, cyclists & triathletes don't do lower body strength work "in season". When doing videos, I either skip it or just use body weight. If I don't, my bike workouts suffer. But recalling Cathe's words of wisdom, everyone responds differently to exercise so you have to experiment to find out what works for you.

You're really doing a lot of workouts. You might consider an "active" recovery day along with a day off. E.g. use one day to walk - keeping your heart rate below 65% of max & maybe do some flexability work. You might be surprised at how this speeds up your progress. Most importantly, listen to your body for signs of overtraining.
