Legs & Glutes Workout from Body Blast Series

Hi, Cathe. First, I am a huge fan of you and your workouts. They are the most effective workouts available! I have a question regarding the Legs & Glutes workout. In most of your workouts description/preview online, you state, (for example in Muscle Endurance), "Do this workout 2, but no more than 3 times per week." How often should I do the Legs & Glutes? I also do the Pyramid Lower Body and the Slow & Heavy Legs. Those, I would imagine, I should do no more than twic per week, but the Legs & Glutes I am unsure as to how often I can complete. I'm really interested in knowing the maximum number of days per week I can safely do this workout.

By the way, I love the new Gym Style workouts! I have both upper body ones and from FitTV I do the Core Max and Stretch Max. They're amazing and the stretch workout with the flex band is my favorite.

Hi Ann! I don't think you need to do Legs and Glutes more than 2 times per week, especially since you are supplementing with other workouts during the week. Remember if a particular muscle group is sore, work another non-related area the next day (or if your really sore, take a full day off of exercise).

Thanks, Cathe! I'm going to be ordering Muscle Max and Kick Max soon! By the way, is the bar with weights (55 lbs. total) shown on Discovery's shop the same that you use in a lot of your workouts? The following is a description of the one offered:

Four 10-lb. weights
Two 5-lb. weights
Two locking spring clips
4-lb. heavy-duty two-piece straight bar
