I've been reading alot of Squeeze, Fluidity, etc reviews and many people are seeing results ie. "smaller legs" by moving away from heavy weight work for lower body. My question....does "smaller" equate with less flab or just a decrease in your measurement due to loss of muscle hypertrophy?? I'd love to have smaller thighs so that my jeans would fit better, but I want to have less flabby thighs, not just smaller thighs, so that my thighs look better in shorts.
