Hi, Can anyone tell me how complete this one is? What, if anything is left out on the Fit Tv version?

i can tell you the warm up is left out and i think the drop squats are too and maybe a set or two of some the exercises. don't quote me on that though b/c i haven't seen it on in few weeks and my vcr ate my taped copy.

Funny, I just taped this one Friday and am planning on doing it today after some cardio. I previewed it once. If anything is left out, I'm happy! It looks pretty intense to me. I hope I can do this one. I don't have ankle weights, but I have a feeling I won't need them.:eek:
 
fab the first few rounds with this workout you might not need them but if you really build up your endurance its a nice added touch. i usually switch on and off depending what else i have planned for that week.

I taped this on Friday also and wanted to use it in the October rotation as it appears this week.
I think I will add a warm up from another workout and let 'er rip!
