Can anyone tell me where I can find what the difference between legs and glutes and the extreme besides being longer? Do they just repeat certain exercises? Thanks in advance.

I haven't done this one in a while, but I believe that you repeat most, if not all of the stuff before the ankle weights and then move onto the ankle/floor routine. It is a burner!

it starts the same up to the explosive lunges then repeats it all again,then goes into the outer thigh press to vertical outer thigh lifts then repeats that sequence, then finishes with glute tucks to the inner thigh lifts.thats all i have jotted down. i don't have time or chapters or anything like that sorry.
