I've done both recently and love legs and glutes extreme. I just did it Sunday. It is just different than GS legs, which I love too. Yes, it is sort of long, but so effective. I think that it definitely has a place in your library of workouts because it adds variety that is not included in ANY of her other leg workouts. Isn't variety the spice of working out?
As always, it depends on your goals.....I'm working on building strength and endurance, while toning and shaping, so it works perfectly for me. Plus, if you still want a good leg workout, you don't have to lift as heavy with this to get really good results.
