Legs and Glutes Extreme vs. GS Legs

Hi!

How does the Legs and Glutes Extreme premix compare to Gym Style Legs? As tough? Tougher? Strength and definition building?

TIA!! Appreciate any thoughts!!

Uh, its like 5 million years long!x( Actually 80 minutes long, too long in my humble opinion, I like to "get in and work hard, then get out". There is a point during every workout in which I feel like I have worked the muscle very throughly and need to stop, I reach this point after an hour and 6 minutes GS Legs. The Extreme workout was too much, and I consider myself in good shape,its just I lose focus after an hour or so of any exercise.

Its tougher then GS Legs but only because it requires you to focus for so long, it repeats exercises over and over basically.

I do love the original version of Legs and Glutes-perfecto!:) And GS Legs is awesome, as is Leaner Legs--talk about getting leg workout done in less than an hour! You are totally fried after this workout!}(
 
I prefer GS Legs to the Legs and Glutes extreme premix. I, too, find Legs and Glutes extreme to be a bit too much. It almost seems like a bit of overkill, to me. I get a great overall leg workout with GS Legs, and feel totally worked out by the end. Legs and Glutes Extreme is a bit too long for me, and I dread having to repeat so many of the exercises when I'm already fried!

I've done both recently and love legs and glutes extreme. I just did it Sunday. It is just different than GS legs, which I love too. Yes, it is sort of long, but so effective. I think that it definitely has a place in your library of workouts because it adds variety that is not included in ANY of her other leg workouts. Isn't variety the spice of working out?

As always, it depends on your goals.....I'm working on building strength and endurance, while toning and shaping, so it works perfectly for me. Plus, if you still want a good leg workout, you don't have to lift as heavy with this to get really good results.

Leaner Legs - some others did post about this workout and did say it will fry your legs.

That is what I am looking for (sick I know - but I love the burn).

So ................. Leaner Legs here I come! :)
