Good Morning everyone. I need some help. I'm getting ready to take a rest week after 10 weeks of heavy lifting. I was trying to come up with my own rotation last night but could not do it. I'm trying to make a circuit style that focuses on scuplting the legs. I would like to do legs 3x a week 2xupper body with a imax cardio and kick box cardio. Can someone please help me??? I have almost all of cathe's dvd's except the older ones like step jam step heat. Do you think 2 weeks is too long to take off????
