Leg Press Party ..... maybe?

Hey Cathe,

First I just need to express how much I really, really enjoy your Lower Body routines. On dvds/downloads & now with LIVE! There is so much variety with the LIVE classes which keeps those dominant & supporting muscles guessing. There is just always something new to pick from. And they consistently challenge me and teach me something new. I just learned how to properly execute the box squat last week! (Not that I do not also enjoy & am very challenged by your Upper Body ones as well).
This may or may not be translatable to a LIVE production, but I am gonna request it anyway. ;) I ask that you consider sometime, creating one that is Leg Press/Step Up dominant with all (or many) of your varieties & twists on this effective move. Perhaps in between, some balance challenges, some fun cardio or something party worthy. Your energy and smile (+ those awesome leggings - where you getting those??) makes it a party anyway!! lol.

Tons of thanks for your fun workouts!!! I am hoping to stay with LIVE for awhile.

I, too, enjoy the Leg Press, although I don't use as high a step as I used too.....I've made up a Workout Blender workout named
Leg Press Circuits, taking different Leg Presses, one from the side, using plate weight to hold, using a band, and then combined
with a lower/upper/core exercise for a couple "circuits" Such fun !
 
I love this idea and I love using my fitness equipment. I also happen to love how Cathe hits the lower body. Kind of destroying me but I continue to smile and sweat through it! Am I weird for enjoying how I limp up the stairs for a few days?!
