Hey Cathe,
First I just need to express how much I really, really enjoy your Lower Body routines. On dvds/downloads & now with LIVE! There is so much variety with the LIVE classes which keeps those dominant & supporting muscles guessing. There is just always something new to pick from. And they consistently challenge me and teach me something new. I just learned how to properly execute the box squat last week! (Not that I do not also enjoy & am very challenged by your Upper Body ones as well).
This may or may not be translatable to a LIVE production, but I am gonna request it anyway. I ask that you consider sometime, creating one that is Leg Press/Step Up dominant with all (or many) of your varieties & twists on this effective move. Perhaps in between, some balance challenges, some fun cardio or something party worthy. Your energy and smile (+ those awesome leggings - where you getting those??) makes it a party anyway!! lol.
