Leaning out, losing weights???

I have built up a pretty good muscular frame but now I am thinking of going strictly cardio for a while to lean out. Can I do this and for how long without losing the muscles I've developed? I'm thinking strictly step and kickboxing for a while...maybe a few weeks but I don't want to lose the definition I've developed. Any thoughts?

I would still do weights to maintain what you have worked to get. Just at least 2 times a week, even 2 fullbody is better than nothing. If you don't increase your weights, you won't build up more muscle.

I agree: do some maintenance weight lifting so that waht you are burning is fat and not lean muscle (cardio only can often lead to muscle loss).

2 full body workouts sound likea good idea to me! But stick with endurance workouts like PH or ME for example. Or maybe do the pyramid up or down only mix on the pyramids.
