Why is it that the leaner/toned my body gets in areas, makes that fat deposits seem larger than ever? Why can't I be one of those people who carry a nice even layer of fat and it comes off all at the same time instead of lumpily! Melissa
I am the same way-when I loose weight it seems my legs look worse!
But you have to keep it in perspective and keep on keeping on-I am eating very clean and the dimples are getting smaller-my goal is get my legs as smooth as possible. Take care!!
I'm the same way. I've tried slow and heavy w/low reps, moderate weights and high reps, little cardio, lots of cardio. The flab on the top of my thighs won't budge...I guess it's enjoying the exercise enough to stick around!!

I think some people just have genetic predisposition to hold onto fat in certain areas. I know what you mean, and yeah, it's el stinko! I think a lot of have those kind of areas. Strength in numbers I guess
