Just wanted to post that I am selling all my Lauren Brooks and Art of Strength DVDS on Ebay if anyone is interested.

they are all in excellent condition - like new, I just never use them.

Wow, I am definitely interested in your art of strength dvds (I already have Lauren Brooks)...I'm a bit intimidated by ebay though. But I'll see if I can find your listing. thanks for the heads up!
