Oh, that dress is GORGEOUS! Yes, I can see silver heels working very well with that. You'll have to take pics when you get the whole outfit together!
 
Will do. The hardest part so far was finding suitable undergarments. I'm a bit busty which is always tricky with strapless stuff. I've got a strapless bodyshaper but I'm leaving the tags on until I try a couple more to see if there's another that works better.

I'm also a little worried about wearing heels with my sprained ankle, so I might have to go for a moderately high heel. I certainly won't wear flats with that dress.

It's a gala with my husband's accounting firm in New York City. We get to stay at the Waldorf-Astoria for a couple nights and while we're there they'll have a gala/dinner. I'm mostly excited because my sister-in-law is coming up from Virginia to watch my two sons. It will be my first time to be away from them overnight (the oldest is 5). I'm sure it will feel weird but I know I'll enjoy it, too.
