Okay, I've been alternating GS Legs and Leaner Legs. I was a little tired today so I decided to give myself a break and do Legs and Glutes. Ah, hmmm. My butt hurts more from this than from the other two! This is not an easy workout... Now I need to add this one back into my rotation. Anyone know of a way to add another hour or two to the day? LOL

It's funny you mention this. I couldn't sleep last night, so I was dreaming up workout rotations. I decided I'm going to do GS Legs, Legs and Glutes, and Leaner Legs once a week (each) for the next 4 weeks.

If that doesn't whip my legs into shape for my Caribbean vacation, nothing will!

*stares at Anne in wonder* So far I've been doing one a week (along with a total body circuit workout like Body Max/CM/BC ME Bonus Combo). I decided I'd add a second one. I bow down before you for adding a third!!!!

Well, we'll see how realistic it is! Maybe 2 a week will be more doable. Plus, with all that weight work I may not be able to give the cardio my all.

So, I'm considering it an experiment. I'll see how it goes and modify if need be.

Plus, I'm notorious for making plans, then abandoning them. I'll probably end up doing 4 weeks of yoga instead! LOL

Hey! Your workout rotation sounds like mine! This morning I was going to do 10-10-10 and Leaner Legs. I'm sitting on the chair enjoying my morning coffee, when I decided that GS legs would be better. Then I played briefly with the idea of the CTX UpperBody rotation, and settled on Legs and Glutes... Go figure... Tomorrow is the CTX UpperBody rotation, unless I get another wild hair...

I spend so much time planning only to change in mid stream. *shakes head at self* Glad to hear I'm not the only one.
