KPC/L&G Premixes without High Step

I love KPC on this dvd and haven't done L&G because I don't have the high step (althought I'm sure in the near future I'll break down and get one!). After previewing L&G I know there are a lot of exercises that don't involve the high step, so I thought I could do one of the numerous premixes of the two workouts. Can anyone tell me if any of the premixes don't include the high step?

I don't know about any premixes that don't use it but I don't have a high step and I use L&G regularly. I just bump my normal step up as far as it will go and I get a good workout anyway.

I didn't have a high step for a long time and still used (and loved!) L&G. I only have four risers and just used my 8 inch club step. Trust me--it's still killer!

If you have the time, check out the 82 minute premix of KPC/L&G. I'm always sore for days after that one!
(When you're at the main menu for the dvd, click on "premixes" under L&G--not KPC--that's where you'll find this goodie!)

Thanks for the suggestions! Maybe my 8-inch step will suffice for the moment and I'll just work up to the high step height.

Allison, I've been thinking of doing the 82-minute premix, I hope I can walk after that one! I'll probably be GLAD that my step isn't so high! :)
