This has really become my favorite dvd and kickbox workout EVER! There are so many terrific premixes and the workout is fantastic! Its a great mix of kickbox with hi/lo that keeps your heart rate going the whole time and really tones those arms and legs - the abs section is one of my favorites as well - I like the challenge of the ball exchange........I enjoy KickMax for different reasons. KM is what I use when I need to focus on form and then get a good 20 mins of cardio in there bc the whole workout just doesn't keep my heart rate up there as it is, unless I put the blast first - there is always a way - but ditto for KPC and Legs and Glutes II!!!!
