KO Kickbox

Hi all, going to check out a KO kickbox class this morning, just feel like I need something new in my workout. I hope it's fun! I'ts a little far, but from me, everything seems to be.

Anyone go to one of these places before? How did you like it?

Hey, thanks for asking! It was great, I do a lot of kickbox dvds at home, so it was a lot of fun to finally hit something. It was a tough workout. Although it's not a good value, I decided to sign up for 3 months to feel it out instead of committing to the year.

It's a franchise called Club-KO kickbox, I recommend trying it out if there is one near by. You can go for a trial class for $20 and they give you the gloves to keep.
