Hey everyone! About 29 years ago I broke my back, crushed three vertrebre's. I've not had too much problem with my back through the years until now. Right where I broke my back years ago has become very stiff. I've noticed that moving around helps and doing Cathe's ball/ab routine on Kick, Punch, & Crunch helps it feel noticably better. I think doing the crunches on the ball like Cathe does kind of massages that area. Does anyone know of a good stretching DVD or tape that is focused on helping bad, stiff backs??? Thanks.
