Has anyone ever had this? I'm training for my 60-mile walk and lately one of my knees has begun to tighten and swell slightly on my longer walks (8-10 miles). It's not really painful, but it is noticeably tight. Though it responds very well to RICEing. For example, I walked last night and finished at 7:30 - tight and swollen. RICE. Woke up at 4:15 this morning and did KCP with no issues at all. Since I'll be doing 20 miles each day I need to figure out what it is and address it soon. I'd appreciate any thoughts.
