knee pain

Hi, my question is, should I use less weight, impact or not work legs at all if I am having pain in my knee. Even while bikeriding it hurts. I have been doing all of Cathes lower body workouts for a while and just started noticing it a lot in the last couple months. I only do 40 at the most for all her workouts and go down from there. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Even the rebounder hurts my knee. Thanks
 
Hi.

I had knee pain some months back and reduced the impact in my cardio routines and the weight used for l/b work outs and the pain lessened. When I got my rebounder and started using it my knee became good as new! It thanked me for the no-impact cardio!:D Now that I gave it a break for about a month or so and continue to not do CONSTANT high impact work outs, I really have not had any issues.
