Hi everyone. First of all i have been reading these forums for a while and am a big fan of Cathe! Thought i would say hi before my post!
I just bought P90X after reading about it on here and im finishing up the first week and LOVING IT. I have however, been having horrible knee pains in my left lower knee cap. I injured my knee about 7 years ago playing soccer, and it get sore alot, but nothing this bad. Should i back off of these workouts and just add them in with some Cathe Step or complete take off. It seems that it started hurting even more after i finished the Yoga x???
If anyone has any advice or similar issues i would love to hear them! Thanks so much!
