Hi everyone. First of all i have been reading these forums for a while and am a big fan of Cathe! Thought i would say hi before my post! :)

I just bought P90X after reading about it on here and im finishing up the first week and LOVING IT. I have however, been having horrible knee pains in my left lower knee cap. I injured my knee about 7 years ago playing soccer, and it get sore alot, but nothing this bad. Should i back off of these workouts and just add them in with some Cathe Step or complete take off. It seems that it started hurting even more after i finished the Yoga x???

If anyone has any advice or similar issues i would love to hear them! Thanks so much!

my sis also has a knee injury from soccer years ago.it has gotten worse partly because of arthritus. people with knee injuries are more prone to that. her doc says no more stepping,no squats or lunges, and no high impact. its strange that yoga bothered your knee.

I would go see a PT or a doctor. Step can be really hard on the knees too (especially if you already have pain). If I were you, I'd want someone to look at it and tell me for sure if I should ease off or work through it.
