I know many of us have knee issues and would love a "knee friendly" ie. no squats, lunges, high step use, walking lunges. plyos etc. I was thinking of a tough floor work/ankle weight compilation dvd that could also include some Firewalkers, Deadlifts, and the standing ankle weight work from L&G, as well as some standing work similar to that in KickMax and even some wall squats since those are much easier on the knees. It's hard to keep switching out dvds etc to put together a lengthy "leg day" workout.
Maybe even add a cardio component with some low impact kicking/punching drills??
