Knee friendly cardio

Hi,
I've torn a ligament. I'm healing, but still need to be very careful, but I feel sluggish because I've not been able to do much in the way of cardio. I've been able to do upper body and ab work and some lower body, but really want to lose my breath.
Any suggestions?
 
ouch, sorry to hear... hate injuries! Are you doing PT? - Does the therapist have recommendations? Maybe a spin workout using lower resistance and higher cadence? Cathe's Low Impact Series (LIS) ... using sliden'glides/rags/paper plates? Or any metabolic weight training workout from the LIS, LITE, or modified from ICE & Strong & Sweaty series - the metabolic weight workouts always! get my heart rate up and get me good & sweaty.
